To ensure fairness, protect appointment availability, and provide the highest level of service to every guest, the following policies are in place.

Card on File Requirement
A valid credit or debit card is required to hold and confirm all appointments.
+ Cards are securely stored through my booking system
+ Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation or late policy is violated
+ Appointments without a card on file may be canceled if not completed within the required timeframe
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Cancellation Policy
Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you—often for multiple hours—adequate notice is required for changes or cancellations.
+ 48+ hours notice: No charge
+ Less than 48 hours notice: 25% of scheduled service total
+ Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of scheduled service total
+ Within the hour cancellation or no-show: 100% of scheduled service total
Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience.
+ Arrivals 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service
+ Arrivals 20 minutes or more late may require the appointment to be canceled and will be treated as a same-day cancellation
This allows me to stay on schedule and respect other clients’ appointment times.
Emergencies & Grace
I understand that life happens. True emergencies (medical issues, accidents, etc.) will always be handled with grace at my discretion.
Please communicate as soon as possible if an emergency arises.
Appointment Confirmation
Appointments are not considered confirmed until:
+ A card is on file
+ The cancellation policy has been acknowledged
If these steps are not completed within the required timeframe, the appointment may be released.
