How To Add Your Card On File :

Adding a card on file helps me reserve your appointment time and continue providing the best experience possible. The short video and steps written below show you exactly how to do it. Thank you so much for your help and continued support.

You do not need to book an appointment to add your card.

Step 1: Open the booking link

Click the booking link provided :

👉 https://book.squareup.com/appointments

Step 2: Sign in or create your profile

At the top of the page, tap “Sign In”.

+ If you’ve booked with me before, sign in using the email or phone number you normally use

+ If you’re new, select “Create an Account” and follow the prompts

+ Make sure you use the same email/phone number you use for your appointments so your profile connects correctly.

Step 3: Access your profile

Once signed in, tap “Profile” or “Account” (usually found in the top corner or menu).

This is your personal Square client profile.

Step 4: Add your card on file

Inside your profile, look for:

“Payment Methods” or “Cards on File”

+ Tap “Add Card”

+ Enter your card details

+ Save the card to your profile

Your card is stored securely through Square and cannot be viewed by me.

Step 5: You’re all set

Once your card is saved:

+ Your appointment can be confirmed

+ No charge will be made unless the cancellation or late policy is violated

That’s it, no booking required.

Important Notes

You may not see an “Add Card” option if:

+ You are not signed in

+ You’re using a different email than the one on your appointment

+ You’re in a private browser window
